Raised in a military family, he lived across the country, developing resilience and a global perspective that would later shape both his personal life and business ventures. his mother, a high-ranking Army veteran, instilled in him qualities like discipline and adaptability, which continue to serve him well as an entrepreneur. Though originally from Washington, D.C., Lavae’s love for coastal living led him to the South Bay more than 15 years ago. Residing in Rancho Palos Verdes, he was drawn by the area’s sweeping coastal views, peaceful atmosphere, and sense of spaciousness—luxuries rarely found in Southern California.
