Valmonte Farm & Garden
Located in the middle of the Valmonte Neighborhood, adjacent to the Valmonte Early Learning Academy and The PVLL field there is a magical place filled with lush plants, vegetable gardens, quaint vintage relics and even a chicken coop. Every Saturday it is open from 9am-l2pm. You can purchase plants in pots as well as fresh vegetables grown in the garden. Kids can feed the chickens and play in the bathtub fountain which is cleverly filled with little yellow plastic ducks. It is definitely worth a stop and we recommend arriving early to get veggies before they sell out. Valmonte Farm and Garden is a nonprofit founded in 2019. It is a training site for students in the PVPUSD. It is managed and was created by Horticulturist, Nancy LeMargie and Nick Jones. For more information check out:
