The Perfect Charcuterie Board

The Perfect Charcuterie Board

Let’s mix up lunch by breaking down a standard lunch option – the sandwich – altering it a bit, and transforming it into a beautiful charcuterie board! Make an individual serving on a small salad plate for yourself, or an entire feast for the whole family. No matter how you make it, it’s sure to be a hit!

Two ideas to think about when making a charcuterie board of any size are color blocks and stacking. Start by placing a nice mix of soft and hard cheeses spaced out in the middle of your board. Then add big blocks of color by stacking fruit on opposite ends of the board. Trickle in garnishes of meats folded or rolled to look sophisticated. Then add in some of your favorite nuts, dried fruit, crackers, and really anything else you love! Soon you’ll have something that is exciting, delicious, AND a piece of art!
