Palos Verdes Estates Foundation Hosted The Crime Deterrent Initiative Reception

On November 9th, the PVE Foundation hosted The Crime Deterrent Initiative reception at La Venta Inn. The Foundation is currently raising funds for a Crime Deterrent Initiative that will provide approximately 20+ additional Automated License Plate Readers (ALPR) strategically located at all ingress and egress locations throughout PVE. The expanded ALPR will virtually monitor all license plates entering and exiting the city, providing our officers with additional tools to ensure the safety and security of our residents. The Foundation’s desire is to achieve the required funding to announce the grant before the year-end!

Thank you to all the PVE Police, PVE City representatives, and community members who came and supported The PVE Foundation.
