Eileen Hupp helped shape the Palos Verdes Peninsula with vision, heart, and an unwavering commitment to community. A trusted leader, tireless advocate, and natural connector of people and ideas, Eileen passed away on December 25, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of service and leadership that will be felt for generations to come.

As longtime President and CEO of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, Eileen was a steady and trusted force for the local business community. For 14 years, beginning in 2010, she championed the Chamber’s mission with clarity, confidence, and heart.
From guiding the organization through periods of growth to navigating the unprecedented challenges of the global pandemic, Eileen led with calm resolve and an unshakable belief in the power of connection.
Before her tenure at the Chamber, Eileen brought a formidable professional background to her work. A business development consultant, she worked with national retailers on mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, marketing, advertising, and finance. Her academic achievements reflected both her intellect and her lifelong commitment to excellence, yet she was never defined by titles alone.
