SUMMARY:Outdoor Volunteer Day: White Point
DESCRIPTION:Join us at White Point Nature Preserve! We will be planting native plant species and/or removing invasive\, non-native plants to restore and improve critical habitat for wildlife at the preserve\, and beautify outdoor natural space for the community.\n\n\n\n\n\nBy volunteering you will help the Conservancy maintain and care for the White Point gardens by planting native shrubs\, removing invasive weeds\, watering\, or laying down mulch and more!\n\n\n\n\n\nYour efforts will help restore this habitat for wildlife as well as create a beautiful outdoor space for the community to enjoy!\n\n\n\n\n\nRated: Easy to Moderate activity\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nPlease note that events may be cancelled due to weather conditions. Please check the event page at https://pvplc.volunteerhub.com before leaving for the event.\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease come prepared to work outdoors by wearing closed-toed shoes\, and by bringing sun protection\, drinking water and a snack.\n\n\n\n\n\nAll volunteers under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign and complete their release before they can volunteer.
