Rolling Robots Students Go to Robotics World Championship

Team 7700X, Hyunjun Yum, Daniel Tapiya, Ethan Pick, Dylan Peterson and Liam O’Neill, won Tournament Champions at middle school VRC CA State 2024

It is impressive to hear that nine Rolling Robot VRC teams have qualified for the VEX Robotics World Championship in Dallas, Texas April 25-30, 2024! From designing their robots to refining their coding skills and polishing their driving techniques, it is evident that they have poured their passion and effort into their preparations. The team members pictured are from Palos Verdes and the South Bay area. It is also noteworthy that many of the team members have been learning and evolving with Rolling Robots for several years, highlighting their commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

As they head to VEX Worlds to represent our VRC community, these teams carry with them not only their technical skills but also the invaluable experience and knowledge gained from previous years of participation. With their determination and expertise, they are poised to make a significant impact at the global competition. Best of luck to all the Rolling Robot teams as they compete on the world stage!
