STACKED SALADS
What’s the best way to pack a salad to-go? Stack it in a jar! Start with your dressing and the moistest ingredients at the bottom. Then layer the other ingredients on top, finishing with the lettuce. Place any ingredients that would get soggy like nuts, croutons, etc. in a sealable bag and rest on top of the lettuce. Secure the lid and refrigerate. Once you’re ready to eat, dump contents onto a plate and enjoy!

THE CUTIE CHARCUTERIE
Sandwiches just feel like lunch. A little boring? Maybe. Let’s take out the boring by dissecting the sandwich ingredients and transforming them into a beautiful charcuterie plate…for one! Find a one-section sealable container, gather your favorite charcuterie board ingredients, portion them off into something that will satisfy you for lunch, keep the crackers separated from the meat and cheese to preserve crispness, and let your creative juices flow! Pictured are the following items:
Ingredients:
Brie cheese, sliced cheddar cheese, turkey sliced-folded in half and then thirds, salami sliced-folded in half and then in half again, green grapes, roasted almonds, dried mango, Herb de Province crackers, date and rosemary crackers.
These look amazing!!
