SUMMARY:Children's Fairy Garden at the Pt. Fermin Lighthouse
DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, June 13th\, children (ages 5 and up) from the community are invited to make their own enchanted Fairy Garden at the lighthouse. The kids will make a take home “mini” garden using succulents from the cuttings provided by lighthouse volunteer gardeners and add their own enchanted touch in the way of decorative items. They also can decorate a “pet rock” and exhibit their creativity in chalk drawings. LA Rec and Parks will provide the materials for a craft project and a snack will be provided. Participation is free.
