MAINTAINING OUR HEALTH DURING COVID

The COVID pandemic has taken so much away from us, most notably out local sports have seen their seasons cancelled and our gyms have been closed for months. However the Palos Verdes community is not going to sit back and ignore our health, we have found so many ways during this challenging time to maintain our health. Many have created in-home gyms, using online workouts or using the Peloton bike or its app to take workouts. Its not hard to believe that Peloton sales are up 66% over the past 6 months. Others have utilized local trainers to keep their heart pumping. We are also blessed with the beautiful environment that is Palos Verdes that biking, running, and walking is always a perfect option to get the heart pumping. Finally, there is light at the end of the tunnel, tennis and golf are opening back up and kids are beginning to safely to return to sports. We can never put a price on our health, so keep up the good work Palos Verdes and Stay Safe and Stay Healthy.
How We Workout
Palos Verdes residents take their workouts to the backyard, calling on local trainers, such as Paul Gallego, to come to their homes to keep them in tip-top-shape.
