The documentary ‘John Van Hamersveld: Crazy World Ain’t It’ was shown in the newly remodeled auditorium at the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium on November 16th, 2024. Afterwards, a JVH x Cabrillo Gift Store bazaar kicked off! The new magnets, pins, mugs, and especially the incredible(!) tees and onesies will kick off holiday shopping. The JVH poster collection was available too with John signing in-person.
The goal for this poster series is to raise awareness of the importance to cultivate connections among different organizations that share similar goals…starting with all the centers here in San Pedro. Marine Mammal Care and the Cabrillo Aquarium are 8 minutes apart. Right next to the Mammal Care Center is our International Bird Rescue Center, a global conservation organization for sea birds in a changing environment.
