Veterans Day Tribute at Veterans Memorial Park Redondo Beach

Please join the City of Redondo Beach, Redondo Beach Elk’s Lodge #1378, and Veterans Memorial Task force in a Veterans Day Tribute at the Veterans Memorial at Veterans Park in Redondo Beach.
Traditional hometown Veterans Day observation in Redondo Beach at the Veterans Memorial in beautiful Veterans Park by the Redondo Pier. The one hour ceremony will begin at 1pm, Tuesday, 11 November. The event will include commentary, music and recognition and honors to all those who have served in the Armed Forces and worn the uniform of their country.
Local elected officials, community leaders, veterans and military dignitaries will participate.
The flag flown over the Memorial will be retired and formally presented to a local military veteran.
The Tribute is supported by the Coastal Naval Sea Cadets, Redondo High Marine Corps JROTC, and the United USA National Pageant Legacy Maker Academy.

The Veterans Day Tribute will be followed by a BBQ hosted by the Redondo Beach Elks Lodge in the Elks parking lot south of their building adjacent to Veterans Park. The BBQ is complimentary for all veterans, members of the military and first responders. Five dollars for all others.
The Redondo Beach Veterans Day Tribute is open to the public.
