DESCRIPTION:Malaga Cove Library\, welcomes Rosa Kwon Easton on Sunday\, Dec. 15\, 3 p.m.\, to celebrate her new release\, WHITE MULBERRY. Described as rich\, and deeply moving\, Easton drew inspiration from her grandmother’s life to tell the story of a young Korean woman in 1930s Japan who is torn between two worlds and must reclaim her true identity to provide a future for her family. Easton will be joined in conversation by Velveth Schmitz\, Rolling Hills Estates mayor and CEO of HireBetter. \nThe event is hosted by {pages}\, a bookstore.
