DESCRIPTION:Terranea Resort’s signature restaurant mar’sel presents a refined three-course Easter Brunch by Chef Fabio Ugoletti\, served with panoramic ocean views. The chef-driven menu begins with an amuse-bouche of Deviled Quail Egg\, followed by first-course selections such as Smoked Salmon Carpaccio\, Green and White Asparagus with poached egg and jamon iberico\, Avocado Toast with butter poached lobster\, Fava Bean Soup or Nicoise salad. Entree options include Cavatelli with prawns\, Spaghetti Carbonara\, Wagyu Steak with green peppercorn sauce\, Lamb Chop “Scottadito\,” or Seared Halibut with spring peas. Dessert choices range from White Chocolate Mousse with berries to Chocolate Dulcey Pot de Creme\, Hazelnut Macaron\, Sfogliatelle or Saffron Creme Brulee. A children’s three-course menu will be available.
