DESCRIPTION:Peninsula Committee Los Angeles Philharmonic is offering Concert Coaches bus transportation to the Walt Disney Concert Hall for the LA Phil’s 11am\, 2024-25 FRIDAY MID-DAY CONCERT SERIES\, beginning with the October 4\, 2024 concert.  \n\n\n\nBus transportation to the Walt Disney Concert Hall from the Palos Verdes Peninsula will leave from the First Church of Christ\, Scientist\, 3888 Via Campesina\, Palos Verdes Estates\, departing at 8:30am\, and return at 2:30pm. \n\n\n\nPrice is $175 for bus transportation to concert series\, or $25 for transportation to individual concert.To reserve seats for a concert or series\, contact June Kagdis at jjkagdis@gmail.com or (310) 971-5753.

DESCRIPTION:The Marine Mammal Care Center is open for public visitation Fridays\, Saturdays\, Sundays\, and Mondays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. They are closed to public visitation Tuesdays\, Wednesdays and Thursdays. During your visit\, you will get to see seal and sea lion patients\, enjoy various exhibits\, join a scheduled lecture or activity\, and learn from our experienced volunteer docents. You can also do some shopping in our gift store with all proceeds supporting the care and protection of marine mammals and our shared ocean. \n\n\n\nThe Marine Mammal Care Center is proud to offer tours in American Sign Language with a Deaf Guide. To book with a Deaf Guide\, please contact dbader@marinemammalcare.org to coordinate a time and date.Tickets are free (a $5 donation per person is appreciated) and must be reserved online in advance.
