Kick off the evening with a golden hour happy hour overlooking the Pacific, then head into the stunning Grand Hall for a comedy club! Sean Leary & The Redondo Beach Historic Library presents an elevated comedy experience set against one of the most beautiful backdrops in Southern California.

Start your night with a relaxed, social happy hour as the sun sets over the ocean. Enjoy drinks, light bites, and good vibes across the West Lawn, Upper Mezzanine, and Fig Room — all leading into an unforgettable indoor comedy show in the Grand Hall.

At 8:30pm, we bring you a stacked lineup of comedians you’ve seen on Netflix, HBO, and Comedy Central for a high-energy, 90-minute live show.

Golden hour. Ocean views. Cocktails in hand. Then into a gorgeous historic venue for big laughs. It’s date night, group night, and summer night all rolled into one.

6:30pm — Doors Open
6:30pm–8:20pm — Happy Hour Mingle (West Lawn, Upper Mezzanine & Fig Room)
7:15pm–8:00pm — Golden Hour + Sunset (perfect for photos)
8:30pm–10:00pm — Live Comedy Show (Grand Hall)

The Redondo Beach Historic Library will officially be re-opening on July 18th. This will be one of the very first events hosted at the newly renovated venue in Veterans Park, and guests are invited for a look inside LA’s hottest new venue by the beach, less than a week after it reopens to the public!
