Shakespeare by the Sea at Hesse Park
July 12 @ 7:00 pm

Cliffside park over the ocean. Seating on flat grass or hillside. Parking available in the parking lot or on the street.. Breezy and can get chilly, layers recommended.
This year we will produce one focused, high-impact play for a four-week tour that will continue bringing admission-free Shakespeare to communities across Southern California.
WHY MACBETH?
If we are producing one play, the choice must matter. It means intention. It means choosing a story powerful enough to carry the weight of this moment. And Macbeth is that story.
Few plays capture the dangers of ambition and power as vividly as Macbeth. It demonstrates what happens when grief hardens into ambition, when fear overtakes wisdom, and when those in power silence the voices that speak difficult truths. It is a story about consequence, and integrity.
