June 18th Lecture “The Summer of Love-1967” : Ann and Lee Strong present a look at this social phenomenon during the summer of 1967 when 100,000 young people converged on San Francisco’s Haight-Ashbury district. The focus is on the people and the music. This is a two part lecture, with Part II next week on June 25.
