Peninsula School of Performing Arts Presents The Nutcracker

Start your Holiday season with “The Nutcracker”, presented by Peninsula School of Performing
Arts. A beautiful blend of professionals, pre-professionals, adults, and young dancers come
together to delight audiences of all ages with this rich rendition of the classical ballet.
In this Christmas classic Herr Drosselmeier weaves an enchanted story through the dreams of a
young girl, Clara, and her Nutcracker. Her travels take her to the Battle of the Nutcracker and
the Mouse King then to the Land of Snow, and on to the Kingdom of the Sweets, where Clara is
greeted by the ever so beautiful Sugar Plum Fairy, danced by Hannah Sheriff and Malaya
Paterson.
Music by Tchaikovsky and Directed by Tita Boulger & Vera Ninkovic, “The Nutcracker” is a treat
for the entire family.
The performance will be held at the Palos Verdes Performing Arts Norris Theater on November
22 at 7pm, November 23 at 2pm and 7pm, and November 24 at 12pm and 4pm. Tickets are
$40 for adults and $30 for Children 17 and under. The theater is located at 27570 Norris Center
Drive, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274.
