Guests can enjoy a relaxed oceanfront brunch at Terranea Resort’s catalina kitchen, where families and friends can gather to celebrate the special women in their lives. The buffet begins with an assortment of breakfast favorites, including vegan and gluten-free pastries, muffins and croissants. Guests can enjoy a Cheese and Charcuterie selection, a Flatbread Station and a Fruit Station. The Raw Bar features shrimp cocktail, snow crab, fresh oysters, roasted striped bass, ahi poke and crab cake eggs benedict. Signature brunch offerings include made-to-order omelets and eggs, buttermilk pancakes, waffles and French toast, along with a selection of bacon, sausage, potatoes and lobster mac and cheese. To finish, guests can indulge in a seasonal dessert spread featuring Berry and Orange Bundt Cakes, Hummingbird Carrot Cake, Naked Chiffon Cake Parfait, Lime Pudding, Crème Caramel, Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake, Tea Cakes and more.
