mar’sel’s Mother’s Day Three-Course Celebration at Terranea

Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, mar’sel at Terranea Resort presents a refined three-course menu by Chef Fabio Ugoletti. First-course selections include Smoked Salmon Caesar, Pea Soup with lobster medallion, Hamachi Tartare, Asparagus Tips with poached egg or Burrata with grilled vegetables. Second-course choices feature Lobster Agnolotti, Branzino “Isolana Style,” Wagyu Ribeye, Mary’s Brick Chicken with artichoke and tabbouleh, or Cavatelli with lamb ragù and seasonal truffle. Desserts include Coconut Panna Cotta, Strawberry Tarte with pistachio gelato, Framboise Mousse and Peach Melba. A three-course children’s menu is also available. $150 per adult and $65 for children ages 5 to 12, excluding tax and gratuity. Live entertainment.
