Tagliolini embellished with mushroom ragu\, leek fondant and black truffle leads to NY Steak “Tagliata” served with sauteed chestnuts\, Brussels sprouts\, bean puree and spiced jus. The menu concludes with a Yule Log of chocolate cake\, coconut mousse\, passion mango gel and meringue.
