Gatsby’s Golden Gala: New Year’s Eve Extravaganza in the Terranea Palos Verdes Ballroom

Terranea Resort invites guests to ring in 2026 with a glamorous Great Gatsby–inspired soiree, complete with dazzling flapper dancers, handcrafted speakeasy cocktails, and breathtaking aerial chandelier performances. The evening’s culinary offerings begin at the Champagne & Caviar Bar with Petrossian and domestic caviar, oyster shooters with sparkling mignonette, chilled poached shrimp, and mini lobster rolls. Guests can enjoy Speakeasy Skewers & Canapés including beef tenderloin skewers, seared scallop spoons, deviled eggs three ways, prosciutto-wrapped melon, lamb lollipops, and mini crab cakes. Gatsby’s Grazing Table features imported cheeses, cured meats, pickled vegetables, fig jam, truffle honey, and artisanal breads. Decadent Dinner Bites include Beef Wellington, mini Croque Monsieur, duck confit on brioche, and assorted spring rolls. An Interactive Chef’s Station offers a hanging tomahawk carving station, risotto finished in a Parmesan wheel, and additional lamb lollipops. Sweet offerings include a lavish Dessert Parlor with strawberry Champagne trifle cake, panna cotta with champagne jelly, s’mores in a jar, éclairs, bonbons, and more, plus a flambéed crepe station with caramelized apples and champagne sauce.
General admission is $313.87; Gold Bottle Service is $3,180 (upgraded seating for 6 guests with bottle service); Platinum Bottle Service is $5,300 (upgraded seating for 12 guests with bottle service and seafood tower). Ages 21 and over only; prices exclude tax.
