Embodying Wholeness Healing Retreat with Jeralyn Glass

“Embodying Wholeness” is an exclusive healing and transformative retreat for everyone that offers an unparalleled experience near the ocean in beautiful Rancho Palos Verdes.
Surrounded by breathtaking coastal views, this fully immersive 2-day journey is designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self and embrace holistic wellness. Over the course of the retreat, you will be guided by internationally acclaimed master teacher and music medicine pioneer Professor Jeralyn Glass and special guests in nurturing practices, embodied movement, creative voice exercises, journaling and watercolor art sessions that inspire self-expression and reflection. Crystal Alchemy Sound Baths will provide deep relaxation and rejuvenation, creating a space for emotional release and energetic alignment.
An organic vegetarian breakfast and lunch will be served daily, focusing on nourishment for the body as well as your mind and spirit. You will also enjoy a mini facial massage to refresh and revitalize your skin, and the beautiful natural setting will deepen your experience of wholeness and harmony bringing embodiment and up-leveling.
