Easter Eggstravaganza Ballroom Champagne Brunch Buffet at Terranea Resort

Join Terranea for our annual Easter Ballroom Champagne Brunch Buffet, featuring a delicious variety of seasonal and traditional favorites. To start, enjoy morning pastries, salad bar, charcuterie & cheese, and a chilled seafood station. Head to our omelet & egg station as well as the specialty cinnamon raison French toast with a variety of toppings. Feast on the pasta and risotto action station and carving station featuring honey glazed ham leg, grass fed leg of lamb and more. Additional stations include the Asian kitchen, highlighting crispy tofu, egg noodles, Char Sui style pork, pan seared local snapper, wok fried rice, and Chinese broccoli. Save room for the dessert buffet with strawberry almond torte, vanilla bean and chocolate eclairs, chocolate panna cotta, coconut cheesecake and more. Don’t miss the mimosa station with an array of mimosas made to order. Cash bar available. Watch for the Easter Bunny, as he will be walking around. Live Entertainment 9:30am – 3pm. The event will also feature a kid’s buffet and kid’s desserts. Activities included are the Easter egg hunts for ages 4-12 from 10:30am – 2:30pm. Kids can bring their own baskets. Bubble blowing and a petting zoo with plenty animals including bunnies will be featured at the Meadows for our families to enjoy!
