Concerts by the Coast presents “Sax Dreams: Music You Love”

Join us for an evening of refined musical artistry featuring Yamaha Artists Sergei Govorov (saxophone) and Vladimir Khomyakov (piano). The program offers a thoughtfully curated journey through classical and contemporary masterworks. Audiences will experience the expressive depth of Johann Sebastian Bach, the captivating rhythms of Astor Piazzolla, and inspired interpretations of beloved popular music — including works by The Beatles, Sting, and James Last — alongside exquisite arrangements of iconic film scores. Each piece has been arranged to showcase the dynamic interplay between saxophone and piano, blending technical brilliance with emotional nuance. Sax Dreams invites listeners into a world of artistic excellence, where every performance resonates with precision, passion, and the timeless beauty of sound.
The evening will also feature the presentation of the new CD album “Desert Sax”, followed by an autograph session with the artists — offering audiences a unique opportunity to meet and connect with the musicians.
A complimentary wine salon reception will start at 6:30 PM and continue after the concert, offering the opportunity to meet the artists and enjoy a convivial atmosphere!
