This tournament not only brings together athletes from around the world but also serves as a vital fundraiser for our mission. \n\n\n\nAfter covering event expenses\, the net proceeds will be reinvested\, providing programs\, resources\, and opportunities that help nurture our youngsters both on and off the mat: \n\n\n\nExpanding our school and completing necessary construction: \n\n\n\n\nPurchasing a school van for after-school pickup and tournament travel\n\n\n\nProviding scholarships for competitive athletes within and outside K.S. Choi Taekwondo\, including funding for overseas training in Korea next summer\n\n\n\nHiring expert coaches to help train and elevate our athletes to the next level\n\n\n\nFunding free women’s self-defense courses for college-bound females and other women in the community\n\n\n\nPurchasing gear\, uniforms\, and covering tournament registration fees for competitors in need\n\n\n\n\nOur minimum fundraising goal is $150\,000\, though we are committed to surpassing it in order to maximize our impact.
