SUMMARY:Palos Verdes Bike Club Sunday morning Breakfast Ride
DESCRIPTION:PV Bike Club holds regular Sunday morning breakfast rides that depart at 7:30 AM from the fountain in Malaga Cove Plaza\, PVE. Riders of all types\, guests and visitors are welcome; just show up wearing your helmet and with your bike in good working condition! Most of the rides are of medium (20 to 35 miles) duration. The restaurants are generally modestly priced with good to excellent menus. These are social events – not races. We try not to leave anyone behind (unless\, of course\, you want to be alone!). Non-members/visitors may participate in a maximum of one ride before joining the club. Guests must sign a liability waiver form which you will find here: Palos Verdes Bicycle Club (pvbikeclub.net). DESCRIPTION:Join us at White Point Nature Preserve! We will be planting native plant species and/or removing invasive\, non-native plants to restore and improve critical habitat for wildlife at the preserve\, and beautify outdoor natural space for the community. \n\n\n\nBy volunteering you will help the Conservancy maintain and care for the White Point gardens by planting native shrubs\, removing invasive weeds\, watering\, or laying down mulch and more! \n\n\n\nYour efforts will help restore this habitat for wildlife as well as create a beautiful outdoor space for the community to enjoy! \n\n\n\nRated: Easy to Moderate activity \n\n\n\nPlease note that events may be cancelled due to weather conditions. Please check the event page at https://pvplc.volunteerhub.com before leaving for the event. \n\n\n\nPlease come prepared to work outdoors by wearing closed-toed shoes\, and by bringing sun protection\, drinking water and a snack. \n\n\n\nAll volunteers under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign and complete their release before they can volunteer.
