Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy Earth Day Celebration and Volunteer Day at White Point Nature Preserve

Join us for our Outdoor Volunteer Day at White Point Nature Preserve! Celebrate Earth Day by helping to care for the White Point Nature Preserve Native Plant Demonstration Garden! Enjoy weeding, native plant seed preparation, children’s learning activities at the Nature Center, a guided garden walk, raffle prizes, and more!

Volunteers should be prepared to work outdoors by bringing sun protection, bug spray, drinking water (a reusable water bottle is recommended). Please wear closed toed shoes and long pants/sleeves are recommended.
Event starts at 9am we encourage you to arrive early. The check-in desk will be open starting at 8:30 AM
If you register after 6pm on April 17, you will need to sign a release form onsite at the event on April 19. All volunteers under 18 must have an adult sign their release form. All volunteers under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
Space is limited—pre-registration is strongly encouraged to reserve your spot and help us plan the event activities.
