Guests can indulge in a lavish selection of sweet and savory favorites starting with Granola Bars, Acai Bowls, Smoked Salmon Mini Bagels and made-to-order omelets. Special Easter offerings include house-baked pastries like Hot Cross Buns and Easter Cookies, alongside fresh salads, Porcini Mushroom & Truffle Soup and a decadent Seafood Bar featuring oysters, tiger shrimp cocktail, king crab legs and lobster tails. Signature entrées range from Halibut Black Truffle Wellington and Roasted Salmon to Prime Rib, Marinated Tomahawks and Glazed Easter Ham from the carving station. The feast concludes with exquisite desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Pierino Jermonti, including Cucumber Panna Cotta with mint jelly, Coconut Cream Mini Cakes, Raspberry Cremeux and Mango Passion Fruit Coconut Roulade.
