On a rainy evening in San Pedro, on Sunday January 26, 2025, Las Candalistas hosted the sold out L.O.L. for Charity at Michael’s Tuscany Room. Guests were treated to a fun filled evening with our MC for our event, Gary Cannon from the Comedy and Magic Club. He brought along 4 of his comedic friends who donated their time to provide us with much needed humor. Our guests didn’t leave hungry after the fabulous Italian Buffet provided by Michael’s Tuscany Room. We had a popular photo booth and a raffle. All in all, it was a very successful evening, and we are looking forward to making this an annual event. Who doesn’t love to laugh?
Las Candalistas is a non-profit that was founded in 1967 to raise funds for children and the environment in the South Bay. We currently have over 130 members and are going strong.
