Ingredients:
8 oz. brie cheese wheel
¼ cup raspberry jam (or any jam you like that
fits your color scheme)
¼ cup pecan halves
2 tbl maple syrup
¼ cup fresh raspberries (or fruit you like)
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1/8 tsp Morton Sea Salt or Kosher salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine pecans, raspberries, and maple syrup on bowl. Toss to coat fully. Set aside.
- Place brie round on oven safe serving dish. Cut a 1/2” deep “X “on the top. Place raspberry jam in the middle, then arrange the pecans on top of the jam. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Take out of oven, arrange maple coated raspberries on top of brie and nuts, place back in oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is warm and soft.
- Sprinkle with salt and serve hot with baguette slices or crackers. Enjoy!
