Steve Carlsen Managing Partner, Wealth Advisor: We raised our children in San Pedro through elementary school at White Point Elementary, and in 2006 moved to Palos Verdes in Ladera Linda for the schools with one daughter graduating from Chadwick, and the other from PV High. Both schools provided excellent education and set our daughters up for top-tier universities.
Sathya Chey Patterson Managing Partner Wealth Advisor: While not all members of our team live in Palos Verdes, we all feel very connected to the residents and the local business community. We opened our doors here in 2007 and have been honored to serve and build relationships with the Palos Verdes community members ever since.

All of our team members enjoy the beaches, surfing the peninsula, swimming, stand-up paddling, and the PV trails for walking & mountain biking. PV is a wonderful place to raise kids and to enjoy an outdoor & ocean lifestyle. We took full advantage of the Portuguese Bend Club – a great place to enjoy the ocean, friends, and family.

Maybe it’s because the community makes a priority to take care of their city landscapes or its connection to the ocean, but everyone always seems so relaxed and positive.
