Backpack Flyer Guidelines 2026 - 2027 (August – May)
We are excited for the return of everyone’s favorite way to reach parents – The Backpack Flyers! The attention-grabbing booklets will be put into every PVPUSD Elementary School kid’s backpack, making it the ultimate way to connect with the amazing parents of our community.
Ad/copy size: 5.25′ inches wide by 8.25′ inches high (no bleed, and leaves 0.25 margin all around) and will be printed in black and white onto colored paper. Do not submit white letters on a colored background. Reverse backgrounds cannot be accepted due to printing limitations.
Flyer cost for 2026 – 2027 is $225 per page/advertisement, plus a once a school year $25.00 Membership Fee.. Multiple sides/pages are allowed and are charged accordingly.
The flyer is printed and delivered to schools by PVPUSD Printing Services. The flyers are distributed at the school’s and teacher’s convenience to all K-5 PVPUSD students.
Deadlines are firm so that printing can begin the following week. As of December 1, 2026, any overpayment will be deducted from future ads or used for optional add ons.

- September 2026: Week of September 21
- October 2026: Week of October 26
- November & December 2026: Week of November 30
- January 2027: Week of January 11
- February 2027: Week of February 8
- March 2027: Week of March 8
- April 2027: Week of April 12
- May 2027: Week of May 10

- October 2026: October 9, 2026
- November & December 2026: November 6, 2026
- January 2027: December 11, 2026
- February 2027: January 15, 2027
- March 2027: February 12, 2027
